If you were at the Greenfest at The WWT in Washington this weekend you’ll have had some great fun from story telling, to great sculptures being created by a chainsaw genius as well as the enchanting sounds of didgeridoos, the sweet taste of honey and the chance to design your own bag for life.  Thanks to everyone who supported us and we hope you stay in touch and become a member of venture green’s growing list of supporters.

 

We are ordinary people trying to do extraordinary things with the stuff people throw away.  We don’t make a profit, we donate directly to people who need our help.  This can only be made possible with your generous donations of clothes, furniture, mobile phones and IT equipment.  

 

If you are going to throw something away, before you do ask yourself “Can some-one have a better life if they receive this as a gift?” If the answer is yes or possibly just get in touch we’ll do the rest!!!

 

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHO YOU DONATE TO MOST ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR IF IN DOUBT, DONATE TO THOSE CHARITIES YOU KNOW AND RECOGNISE NATIONALLY UNTIL YOU HAVE PROOF PEOPLE ARE WHAT THEY SAY!!!

 

We are not yet a charity but are currently applying for charitable status and would like to thank everyone that has helped us get this far, once we are firmly established, we together with the support you have given will make a difference to our environment and protect this beautiful planet we live on for generations to come.
